UAE The local Al-Hashemi Consultants has been appointed consultant for a project to construct four lowcost office blocks at Dubai Internet City (DIG). The project is estimated to cost AED 60 million ($16.3 million) and will have a construction period of about 10 months. The towers will be built over a total area of 35,000 square metres and will each have five storeys. The project includes civil, mechanical and electrical, and landscaping works. Tender documents for the project will be issued in early September. The client is the DIC.
